Our team can help you disconnect a social account, withdraw consent or request deletion of account data.
Requesting access or deletion
Email info.equestrio@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account data request”. Tell us whether you wish to disconnect Google or Facebook, delete your account or remove specific data. Signed-in users may also contact us through Member Centre support. Do not send passwords, identity document copies or payment card details with your initial request.
Verification and processing
We verify your identity through your registered email and confirm the scope of your request. For account deletion, we revoke sign-in and social connections, process your contact details and explain any service or statutory records that must be retained and why. Our team will communicate progress and the outcome.
Removing access in Facebook or Google
You can also remove Eques Trio from Facebook’s Apps and Websites or your Google account’s third-party connections. This stops the platform connection. To address account or service data already provided to Eques Trio, submit a request as described above.
