How Do I Begin Riding?
First-time guests are welcome to enquire. Share participants’ ages and preferred dates to explore options; entry requirements are confirmed by the venue and coach.
Can Non-members Participate?
You can enquire about lessons and activities without membership. Participation requirements, fees and applicable benefits are explained when bookings are accepted.
When Is Membership Activated?
We currently accept expressions of membership interest. The proposed individual annual fee is HK$500. Benefits, payment and activation are explained separately; registration activates no membership and takes no payment.
Can I Book Venues Listed in the Guides?
Guides compile checked official information. Inclusion does not establish a partnership or available lessons. Services Eques Trio can arrange require separate confirmation.
What Details Are Needed for a Group Experience?
No. Participant numbers, age range, activity goals and preferred dates are enough to begin. We then clarify the venue, programme and quote together.
How are lesson fees, transport and equipment arranged?
Total fees and inclusions are explained before you accept. Review teaching time, equipment and transport in particular; ask our team about anything not listed.
How Are Changes and Cancellations Confirmed?
Contact our team early with your reference. The original confirmed arrangement remains in effect until a change is accepted; new dates, fees and refunds require separate confirmation.
What Happens if Weather Affects the Activity?
Follow the venue’s notice for your activity. Review the latest arrangements and contacts before travelling; indoor facilities may also be affected by conditions on the day.
