These terms apply to website enquiries and the Member Centre. Account creation, application receipt, payment verification and service confirmation are separate processes. Each service is governed by its confirmed details.
Website information & venue guides
Lesson and activity pages present enquiry options; venue guides draw on the listed sources. Facilities, reception and availability can change, so check your arrangement before travelling. Guide inclusion, external links and brand mentions do not automatically establish partnerships or endorsements.
Enquiries, interest & formal confirmation
Submitting a form asks our team to follow up. It does not automatically reserve places, activate membership or confirm lessons. Dates, locations, participants, fees and included items require confirmation for the specific service.
Accounts, membership & service progress
Creating or verifying an account does not activate membership. Joining and renewal require team review of the application, payment and valid dates. Lessons and activities are confirmed separately. Received, pending or payment-reference statuses do not establish approval or verified payment.
Fees, payment & changes
The website currently has no instant checkout. Before charging, we explain total fees, payment methods, deadlines and change or cancellation terms for the arrangement. Follow verified payment instructions and retain the records.
Wait for our team’s review and reply after requesting a change, cancellation or refund. Receipt on the website does not approve the request. Applicable terms are those explained when you accepted the service.
Participation & on-site arrangements
Prepare as required by the venue and coach, and follow on-site guidance. Discuss needs affecting participation before confirmation. Participation by minors and organisation roles are confirmed for each project.
Images, content & contact
Some website images are generated illustrations of service contexts. They do not document particular venues, personnel, events or products for sale.
