Privacy Policy
This notice applies to website enquiries, membership interest and the Member Centre. Information is used to handle your requests, manage your account and provide related communication and service follow-up.
Information we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect your name, telephone or email, organisation name, participant numbers, riding experience, preferred dates and areas, and the enquiry information you choose to provide. We also record your enquiry reference, receipt time, consent to information use, processing status and follow-up history.
Required fields help us identify and reply to your enquiry; missing them may prevent us from processing it. Other details are optional. Identity documents, payment card details and detailed health records are not needed for an initial enquiry.
Account & member service information
The Member Centre also records account email and verification status, contact preferences, membership applications and valid dates, authorised organisation rosters, booking and change requests, payment references and support correspondence. These support identity, access and service progress checks. Do not enter full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in general forms.
Google and Facebook sign-in
You may verify your identity with Google or Facebook. With your permission, Eques Trio receives your account identifier, name and verified email to create or connect an account. We do not access posts, friends lists or contacts. First sign-in creates a general account; membership benefits remain subject to membership verification.
If you already have an Eques Trio account, sign in first and connect a social account with the same email from your profile. You may ask our team to disconnect an account or delete data, as described in our data deletion guide.
Sign-in, language & contact preferences
Necessary sign-in cookies maintain account access and remember your language choice: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese or English. Update contact and marketing preferences in the Member Centre; essential notices for identity, account security and outstanding services may still be provided.
Purpose & authorised access
Authorised operations and website maintenance staff handle information as needed to reply, obtain further details, coordinate services and maintain related records. An enquiry does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing.
If an arrangement requires necessary information to be shared with a venue, coach or other provider, our team explains the recipient and purpose first and shares only what is necessary with your consent. Reading a venue guide does not transfer your information to that venue.
Retention & access
Information is retained for handling enquiries, providing services and applicable record needs, rather than for indefinite retention. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of interest. Our team verifies your identity and explains what can be processed.
Website & external services
Vercel hosts our website and public images, Supabase provides our database and social identity verification, and Cloudflare manages our domain and DNS. Our Supabase database is in Singapore; technical providers may process necessary data outside Hong Kong. Member data is accessible only to authorised servers and staff. Public image storage is not used for payment receipts or private documents.
WhatsApp, email, Google, Facebook and external websites have their own data practices. Providing account details or signing in does not constitute consent to additional marketing.
